The hatching sands at Kavera Weyr are located down a short passage from the main entrance. The sands are spacious, with plenty of room for a gold to be comfortable, and for her current clutch's father to visit. From the cavern's entrance, the stands are to the left, and are sufficiently large for more than twice the number of humanoids living in the weyr. On the far side of the stands is a smaller passageway, leading to chambers for the clutchparents' riders as well as the candidate barracks.
The candidates only use this passageway when attending the hatching; there is a separate entrance for everyday use.

Rules
1 - No copied or perfect characters. If you're writing a story, no overly graphic violence or intimacy. Light affection is fine, battles are okay, but don't get too detailed.
2 - Candidates may not be standing at more than one place at the same time. This is a standard rule, found at most agencies. Also, I prefer webpages. I will only accept forums, etc, if they are exceptionally well done.
3 - Dragons must be paged by the deadline; if not, I will take them back. They will either stay here and become residents, or I will readopt them out, depending on the type of character.
4 - If your candidate has pets, make sure the story doesn't revolve around only the pets. I like to know you can take care of all of them, plus your dragon, but if I can't find your character's personality, I won't be able to give them an appropriate dragon. (This rule is because I was called out on it once.... ooops!)
5 - Characters should be humanoid. Humans are the preferred as this is a Pernese weyr, and mostly traditional. However, I will accept elves, dwarves, other humanoids and anthros. Dragons may be accepted at future clutches, but it will be on a case-by-case basis.
6 - Make sure to link back to the weyr's main page, please. I will be checking.
7 - Types of characters. I'm trying something a little different, I think.
* Stories - accepted automatically, assuming the rules have been followed.
* Stat pages - accepted, provided sufficient personality description is provided.
* Fillers - If you really want a dragon, of a specific color other than gold, for a random rider for your weyr or agency, I can work with that. Similar to the stat page, but you don't actually have to do anything. Submit the form with a name and race, and desired dragon color (more than one, if you don't have a specific one in mind - gold is not an option), and when the hatching occurs, I will randomly generate a character for your dragon's rider.
8 - Make sure you read all the rules, and send forms to kavera_weyr @ yahoo.com - without the spaces, of course.
9 - Not following any of the above rules will get your form deleted.
