When Tenaso heard about an egg hunt being held at the Healing Den, he was still young enough to be excited by the prospect. He didn't know much about the tradition, but realized the residents of this village would probably never go for it. They were too pragmatic to be interested in silly holidays from other worlds.

Luckily, his sister's bond was a little more open-minded, and when Tenaso declared he wanted to go participate, Mercure made arrangements for him to hop the next transport to the Healing Den. The wolv even said that if he hadn't been busy with a pregnant hunting cat, he would have joined the young Asandus. He wished him good luck and good hunting, and Tenaso began his trip.

Getting to the Healing Den, the blue-tinted Askan looked around in shock. There were eggs everywhere! He was glad he'd shifted to his human form before leaving Malnev; even though he looked like a child, he took up less space and had less chance of stepping on eggs this way.
